" I would highly recommend Anne Walker to anyone that would be looking for a real estate agent. She is very  knowedgeable, personable and goes above and beyond what is anticipated or expected in an agent.

Last fall my husband and I moved to Castle Rock from Delaware. I wanted to start looking as soon as I could for an agent here to help with our housing concerns. Our agent in Delaware found Anne for us. What a blessing that was!  Anne and I worked together via phone and email in our home search for close to two months. I flew into Denver in late August to look at the homes I had chosen. Anne picked me up at the airport, took me to lunch and to look at a few of the homes I had chosen. Long story short, after looking at the fourth home I was not happy with what I saw. Not to worry. Anne had done more research and took me to see models in a new development.

I looked at the models and liked what I saw. There was a home that was almost completed and we went to look at it. I immediately knew that was the house for us. It would be ready for us when we arrived. We wwent to the office and I got all the information on the home, etc. That night, after Anne got me securely settled into my hotel, I read everything and told her, that is the house I wanted. She took me back the very next day and I signed the contract. Anne was so on top of everything that I found the house that made me happy the first day in Castle Rock,signed the contractthe next day and still had four days before my flight back to Delaware. During that time, Anne ran me all over to get my appliances, order blinds, a garage door opener and everything else I could possibly need to get accomplished to be ready for our new home.  Anne even took us to the closing and checked in on us to see how we were getting settled in our new home and the area.

Moving is a very stressful time no matter how positive the reasons. On top of moving clear across the country, we were leaving both of our daughters and one granddaughhter in New Jersey. Anne helped in every way imaginable to make this move as stress free as she could, and did a wonderful job!"

about how they have never had a real estate agent like you, and what she can do to say thank

you when they move here. Wow! You should just change your name to Wonder Woman now and get

it over with!
